Had some partial highlights done with Sonya and I love the way they turned out! She also had time to give me a haircut and I had no picture of a style but just from the little I explained she gave me a great cut, I left feeling fantastic!! Thanks so much!!

After not hearing back from the salon for over 2 weeks now, I'm going to share my experience.
I was booked Friday November 16 at 1230 pm for a pedicure. It was to be with my friend, however I was taken into the room several minutes before her, which seemed odd since we booked to have them together (in the same room). In the end, the service was good and I enjoyed my pedicure with Rosa. Since I was started earlier, my service was finished about 10 minutes before my friend's. I just hung around the room while Rosa prepped for her next appointment. The ends of the appointments felt rather rushed, as the estheticians were told their next appointments where in.
On the Sunday evening after my appointment, I noticed that my shellac/gel polish was not cured properly on my right foot, and several of the toes had the polish slip off. The left food toes also had rippling to them. I wasn't too surprised when I noticed this - for 2 gel polish pedicures, there was only 1 cure lamp in the room and the techs seemed to be on each others toes to get use of it. I am from Saskatoon, and had traveled home by now, so I was unable to return to the salon to have it fixed.
I reached out by FB Messenger that evening, but didn't hear back until the Wednesday. The message I received seemed to shrug it off, as apparently I was not charged for the upgraded service anyways. Regardless, the service I was provided was not up to par and no one seems to want to resolve it.

I stopped in to buy a nose ring for a preexisting piercing. I was told I needed an appointment which I did not want, I know what I was looking for and just wanted to get something ASAP so it doesn't grow over. Was told to go elsewhere.
I have purchased all of my nose rings and am aware they aren’t returnable, it’s my own money to risk and just didn’t want my piercing to grow over. This was my first time in the store and unfortunately will be my last as I was told to go elsewhere, so I did.

I took my daughter last year to get her ears pierced and it was a wonderful experience. Graig was super gentle and patient with her. She slept through through it which shows just how delicate, meticulous and attentive Craig is. I recently went back to get a piercing on my nose and the experience was just as wonderful. Many thank yous to Graig and the staff for being so welcoming, genuine and professional! Trendsetters has become my favorite place for piercings in PG 🙂

I took my daughter in to get her nose pierced by Craig and the experience was honestly the best!!. I have never met such a kinder and compassionate person who is also passionate about what he does. Craig is very knowledgeable and created a great atmosphere for my daughter during and after the process. He answered all of our questions and ensured she was thoroughly educated on piercing care and even reached out to me to check on how everything was going with her new piercing. If you are looking at getting a body piercing I would recommend him again and again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had my first piercing done by Craig 23 years ago, he was amazing then and even more amazing now! He has done all my piercings over the years and I just recently went back. He is so patient and explains everything he's doing in detail. He makes you feel so comfortable, I will never go anywhere else!! I highly, highly recommend Craig 😁

Got three piercings here about two months ago now and Craig is lovely. He has done great work on myself and my cousins. Very helpful and friendly and is always happy to answer my questions. The environment is very clean and they open everything in front of you

Trendsetters is the place to go!! If you’re looking to try laser hair removal, Craig is the guy to make you feel educated on the procedure & variations of results, he will help you feel relaxed, very comfortable, and safe. I was so nervous about it hurting due to my central nervous system my high sensitivity levels, but it was pretty painless and the results are PHENOMENAL!!

I've had multiple peircings done here by Craig, they all went very well. He's very professional and knows what he's doing and talking about. I would 100% recommend going here. Always a good environment and all the employees are all awesome to deal with. If they aren't sure about something (whether its a question about pricing, pros and con, ,whether or not a piercing will be a good fit) they'll find you someone to help.

Craig was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and I believe tone of voice is important during nervousness and he brought me right down to a calm. I had my nipples and septum pierced and it was a great experience. I'll definitely be going back.

Just want to mention that the last customer that apparently was late for an appointment or work just barely missed literally killing me 🤬 as she was SPEEDING through to your place. I reserved my anger as I was coming in to confront her. This is unacceptable in my opinion. approx time 4:30

Got my nipples pierced by Craig today and i could not be happier! If I could post pictures i would lol because they are dead straight, not in too deep (in the actual areola), and theres zero redness or swelling. As always, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Was going to get my tongue done too, but my frenulum underneath was too close to the tip so he opted out. I appreciate being given good advice and professional opinion thats based on my wellbeing as a client. Would have been a painful mistake to do the tongue but the nipples were a breeze! Will be back to tan and if im brave enough to get my tongue untied ill be back to pierce that too! Thanks Craig you rock!

I honestly love this place, Craig is an amazing person and an amazing body piercer. He is so knowledgeable and knows so much that I feel so comfortable, he’s understanding that no matter we’re your getting pierced that he makes it so comfortable. I highly recommend this place, even all the staff here are such amazing people. If I could I would literally give more then just 5 stars

I had my Tragus and Conch pierced the other day and Craig was phenomenal! Excellent service from beginning to end. I bought shampoo and one of the stylists directed me to a gift package with the same products plus a bonus gift for less money! I'll definitely return!

I got my bangs cut here and there was a small mistake done but the owners came in on their day off just to fix it for me! Mistakes happen but how a business correct their mistakes says a lot about the business and Trend Setters made me so happy in the end! I have now found a stylist I am comfortable with cutting my bangs, so yay!!!

Me and my baby girl both got piercings done. Craig was very professional and made it go fast for my 6 months olds ear piercings. Made both go by fast, definitely recommend him to anyone getting a piercing, especially babies.

Had 2 piercings done by Craig, the entire experience was fantastic! He took the time to explain everything and gave me several opportunities to ask questions! Piercings themselves were great, and he was incredibly professional the entire time. He even checked on me the next day, which was greatly appreciated.
